      disorganised, chaotic, favouritism, non-progressive

      Pros

      Flexible hours, Do what you like, Quick onboarding and networking opportunities in the industry Good stepping stone into industry claim to be pioneers but my god they are deluded

      Cons

      Very disorganised Career wise you have to chase your managers, everyone passes their probation, no matter how good or bad super manual and lack of training No bonus, only senior management super political, and have a mindset that they are the best company ever was

      The company is happy to see you working long ours while it can be quite hard to up skill and progress in your career. Quite political environment with senior managers mainly devoted to their self glorification. Lack of transparency and a lot of room for personal dislikes. It turns chaotic on a cyclical basis

      First Class Remote On-Boarding

      Pros

      I wanted to write and say how excellent the remote on-boarding and first two weeks at this company were. Seamless IT systems and all equipment delivered in advance of start date, additionally an excellent and very welcoming team.

      Cons

      I haven't really experienced any downside - the company is moving office, but that will be an exciting improvement.
