      I cannot think of any Pros.

      Cons

      All. I worked in the headquarters in Madrid where I experienced the worst working atmosphere and ethics of my career. Everyone is focussed ONLY on politics, starting with management who then pass it on to everyone. Unprofessional and rusty place.

      Not taking care of the Staff. Earnings grow, but wages do not at the same pace.

      Pros

      Good company, growing internationally, with a really excellent group of hardworking employees. There is a usual policy of low profile communication, but the company is really impressive.

      Cons

      Low pay for all positions (from workers to managers), bad human resources policies. Tough environment, not taking care to the staff. top Managers should notice they do not compensate enough. Good professionals are starting to leave.
