Working alongside select staff who were respectful and pleasant, getting to meet pets visiting the store,
Cons
Hostile environment for the most part where every minute felt like an hour, excessively impossible sales targets to the point of low grade threats from management, glaringly obvious favoritism, management was beyond deplorable and extremely unprofessional, training was minimal at best, little to no protection from aggressive customers by management, pay would often be miscalculated and required close monitoring to avoid being underpaid, overall a truly awful place to work and that was true for maxi zoo store in more than 1 location.
