      poor company to work for

      Pros

      lots of opportunities to put your stamp on things

      Cons

      They have no idea how far behind the curve they are. The London Office was starting to move the culture in the right way, and like all the overseas offices was held back by slow management decisions in head office. Majority of tasks were manually orientated, and they do not believe in adopting western orientated values, or work ethics.

      - If you are the type of lazy person, this is for sure the best place to work with. - a good place to cheat as the internal control is just a joke

      Cons

      - poor management, from Top management, mid-management, and line manager - ever-changing stragery (worse trend) - short-sighted management - too much lazy people - real talent will not survive - talk more, act less. - always talking and never deliver - only know the business in Malaysia, being idiot when out of Malaysia. - almost no control on risk, and pressue someone who identify the risk and let you shout your mouth - unrealistic business budget that you cannot be met, and you will be forced to leave when you cannot "perform" under this kind of budget

      Pros

      Very supportive higher management. Many tasks were team based - enhance teamwork and communication skills. Was given the opportunity to get involved in actual assignments such report writing, reviews, campaign design etc (no photocopying jobs). Friendly staff.

      Cons

      Lack of professional etiquette. Corporate dresscode not enforced.
