Pros
Some employees were great, pretty much left you alone, discount on parts, you get to drive brand new vehicles on occasion, pay
Cons
No warning of being "let go". They really don't care about their employees or families. Service department is a joke with NONE of the advisors being able sell to the customers in order for the technicians to earn a living. Very high turnover rate.
