Awful place to work

Pros

The smart, and now successful friends I made at the company who only became successful because they thrived to their full potential at other companies.

Cons

Company structure, knowledge of public relations, and environment. Also, emotionally abusive and unstable personality disorders from which management suffered. One time, they hired an intern (typical) and he quit during his first day on the job during lunch break and never came back. Another time, I witnessed what seemed to be a mutiny where 3 or 4 people quit and were let go all within 2 months. Turnover is too extreme! Also, those positive reviews were clearly plant reviews. It states they are from full-time employees when we all know they do not have any of these left.

Pros

It was a job, I did get paid. I learned how to deal with awful supervisors and terrible work conditions.

Cons

Terrible structure, scam to get clients, no respect for employees, no support or path for growth, CEO is absolutely horrible

Pros

Centrally located in Boston - close to Faneuil Hall and other attractions.

Cons

No formal training. Very little room for growth. Poor employee culture - don't expect to make friends there because everybody eats at their desks. Stuck behind the times with no desire to innovate. Poor salary. Some people were blatantly unhappy working there and everybody strictly works from 9am-5pm.
