Grown up environment where everyone is treated as an adult and with trust, the best commission structure in London, salary reviews and appraisals twice a year, excellent benefits package, intelligent colleagues, management genuinely care that you are as happy outside of work as at work, loyal clients and candidates, newly refurbished offices, great work/life balance.
Cons
It's such an easy going environment that you need to be naturally driven to succeed - no one will micro manage or stand over you with a stick, so it's not the place for people who don't have a genuine desire and drive to succeed.
