Horrible, this is for the Boca Raton position
Pros
The hours are 9-5 with a 45 min lunch break that noon. The two people who actually worked there were nice. Lol
Cons
You will walk into the office and it will be almost empty. The turnover rate is very high. You will go into the interview and it will be a single interview or a group from what I saw and experienced. The interview will last all but 10-15 mins. The owner will tell you about the perks for the job aka money and how there is big money to be made and how training is intense. He will also tell you he is interviewing many people and he has training classes lined up but if you don't take the job the position will fill. You will be offered the job the next day when he calls you between 10-11 and come in that same day. And tell you that the spots are filling up! The training class is usually that Monday or that week. You receive 5% of the sale and it's 100% commission. He will tell you there are five base options and you might qualify for insurance. You day will consist of using websites like Lawyers.com to COLD CALL lawyers and read from a script to tell advertisement. You will get hung up on and yelled and you will be placed in a random state to call lawyers. This is what you do for 8 hours. After you almost get a sale, the closer closes the sale for you and you make 5%. This job is a scam. And he lied to me about the commission structure. He hires anyone that is able to work. If you are a quick learner and can cold call and be poor for a few weeks this job is for you.
