- It seems the management is only interested in clicks, never mind the content they're posting, even if it's a rampant sexist content, body shaming or urban legends sold as true stories.
- The management is not interested in your feedback at all. Just get there, do you job and go home. If you question contents you will be seen as the trouble maker. You are not entitled to have opinions and share them with the team.
- Management structure is said to be flat, but I don't think they understand the meaning of a flat management structure. Micromanagement is big with them, you are not allowed to make your own decisions or implement ideas you think might work. The team lead had to report every move to the CEOs and get their approval for every single thing.
- Internal communication is a mess, rumours are big and there is no transparency in how they make decisions that will affect all the employers.
- Turnover is high, no wonder.
