Pros

Innovation is a big part of what we do, and it really helps keep the job interesting. Nice to have superiors that embrace new ideas and industry trends as opposed to being stuck in the ways of traditional marketing. Fun place to work.

Cons

Very fast paced environment, so far that's all I can share here.

Great small digital advertising company based in Stamford, CT...

Cons

Heads of company only care about themselves and there is a lot of internal competition/bickering between teams... Not a fun environment to work in..

Awesome location with decent pay

Cons

Zero structure, long hours, epitome of poor professionalism. "Everyone has a seat at the table" mantra is comparable to a middle school lunch table. Dramatics, egos and poor guidance from management. Most of the positive reviews appear to be from current staff to bury real reviews
