      Pros

      Annual discretionary bonus. Amount varies between employees. 33 Day AL entitlement

      Cons

      Recently stripped back several previous benefit schemes. Sick pay and maternity pay are poor, with wages docked from the outset when sick regardless of number of sick days or time served. Bonus also heavily docked if taking over 5 sick days per year Very little to zero progression Stagnation at the top Pay below industry average (even with bonus included in most cases) Very little interest in making employees feeling valued or cared about High turnover

      Pros

      Free parking, Pension plan, shift work. Also, bonuses and sick pay but only after 12 months.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. They become defensive and play the blame game if you dare to approach them to address valid issues. Who you know, not what you know is important here. There’s a clique. Upper management only communicate with them and unless you are friends with them outside of work and are in the clique you will never progress in this company. The clique take 50 minute lunch breaks and 30 minute breakfast breaks leaving you to do all the work. They don’t like you to have any previous experience before working here. Competencies can take a long time to get signed off as the speed depends on who your manager is, not how competent you are. There is minimal diversity here, the clique and upper management are all from the same demographic.

      Pros

      Floor level the people you worked with were great, and were a great team and a real laugh, there was a little bit of Cliqueness but over all a realy nice bunch of people

      Cons

      Really poor management, poor communication, incredibly Cliquey were definitely more interested in how well employees fitted in to the Clique rather than any skills or experance little to no progression if you didn't fit in the Clique, regardless of how good you are at your job
