Pros
A great place to work as long as you are self-sufficient and no need in much leadership.
Cons
If you do not produce -- you will not last long. i feel my talent is under utilized but i have a lot of latitude in my position and treat my territory as my own business. small but growing company. some managers have no experience and no clue how to manage people that have twice the years in the business.
