Pros

Except the management everyone is good

Cons

The CEO and the other Co founder know nothing about games. 8 years in the industry they still don't know how games work. Mark Gazecki and Henning Kosmack need leadership lessons. Depressing place to work. If you're reading this then don't think about working here

Pros

- Fantastic colleagues. Very talented team. - Office by picturesque Isar river

Cons

- The management does a great job in hiring the right people for the job, but unfortunately it stops there. There is no basic respect for employees, trust or - The chairman of the company, is also the executive producer on a franchise. In my personal opinion he is the most toxic, racist and sexist boss I have encountered in my professional experience. Racist comments and sexist remarks are doled out in plenty. Equal and fair treatment is non-existent here. -Women working under him are bullied mercilessly, treated less than fair and restricted from growth. I was one of them. This was brought up to the notice of HR but no action was taken as unfortunately the HR department has no autonomy and is under the control of the co-founders. - This company also has the highest attrition rate I have witnessed in the industry. - Around the time of my leaving the company, around 8 other employees left the workplace too. This is out of a team of 40. - If you are looking to join the company, make sure to speak to current and ex employees to get an idea of what to expect. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

It is shocking to me that you would make such baseless and inaccurate allegations against me personally. Never in my 9 years with this company have I ever heard such accusations or even anything along these lines. Racism and sexism are extremely serious issues that should not be trivialized or manipulated to forward your own vengeance. Think of all the people who struggle with these issues on a daily basis: it is people like you with their selfish agenda that make their struggle increasingly difficult. I can’t stress on how absolutely petty and ridiculous these accusations are given that you are making these claims about a person who founded a company to make games for women in an industry that has been catering to a male audience for more than a decade now. I will leave it here and hope that next time instead of making angry allegations as a disgruntled former employee that you bring up whatever work issues you have to HR or directly to the management.

Pros

- Some colleagues with a vast amount of experience in the industry both on tech and design - Opportunity to learn more about female-oriented games - The City of Munich - but there are plenty other jobs with this perk

Cons

- Wrong values and culture especially for a small company - Compensation and benefits are way under Munich-IT standards

We are constantly trying to improve and maintain an open environment in our company for all employees, where ideas can be discussed, revised and perfected over time. You’re right about our employees though; they do have a vast amount of experience within the industry and are the driving force behind our successes. We will therefore, reflect on and consider your feedback to make sure that the experience of our employees is nothing less than "the best place they have worked at".
