      exchange program international customers company exists more then 20 years but changed the name for legal reasons 3 times its part of a group with more then 10 companies

      its a small company with 100 employees

      The work culture is focused on learning together. There is no mindlessly trying to achieve numbers when your team and management share bigger much more important objectives; and that is great.

      Cons

      Focused carrer plans are in their infancy but looking great!!!
