- Benefits were pretty good - People were nice
Cons
- Specifically my manager was bad at their job. Somehow they lucked out and fell into it and it was difficult listening to them and their ideas (which never come to fruition because they get distracted and change course so often its painful). - OK pay - Very clique - Everyone here that isn't in accounting/communication/admin is trying to make it big in real estate and it has a very "everyone for himself" vibe to it. - Sometimes people say they will do something and they don't

- Corporate culture is exceptional. I highly highly recommend Melcor as an employer - Positive work environment that is supportive - Workload is fair, and deadlines are manageable - Everyone that works here is a genuinely good person, and they are professional. Great people make it a great place to work every day - Hours are great. Good work/life balance - Benefits are comprehensive

- Workplace dress code is formal. More jeans days!
