      Pros

      Good staff, free tea, coffee and fruit.

      Cons

      The hours/"core hours" are too long with little flexibility by certain members of Senior management. Young board of Directors does not appear to be bringing new working practices to the table. Some members of Senior Management (Directors) are too inexperienced in the industry for the positions held, and it shows.

      Help and support is always available Always open to new ideas and different ways to do things Strong standards and core values Multi-discipline Group that works together to deliver in-house services Always opportunities to grow and develop

      Cons

      Difficult to say there are any cons, in my 9 months here I have been welcomed in to the business, supported, mentored and encouraged to deliver high standards. That does come with personal commitment to listen and take on board constructive feedback, make changes and get stuck in.
