I think some of the meetings are unnecessary fluff. I know it's important to the owners to share with everyone about company progress, but the information could easily be presented in an email. I was also a little disappointed in the annual review process. Mostly the raise (less than $2/ 5% an hour and I got pretty good marks). Pretty much the only thing that's not considered in annual raises is cost-of-living/inflation. I brought up this concern and I know some others did as well but nothing came of it. I know the company is making enough money to compensate employees for that. We're all just trying to make a living.
