      - Very supportive and welcome team - Smart people who are driven to success - Good benefits - Great remote-friendly culture - interesting work building teams and functions from scratch and launching into new markets - Inspiring leaders

      Cons

      - There are the usual growing pains of a Series B startup. Not a con if you enjoy high growth companies and fast paced environments!
