Pros

Happy working hours, high offering, and fair holiday and leave, great health benefits along with external insurance.

Cons

Too many changes in higher management level, too much involvement from stakeholder create indecisive roadmap. Not great human resource management. Too many jobdesc and lack of proper human resource.

This company give us all experience about logistic system from port of loading to port of dischage. Very care about employee healthy and support until all family of the employee to get cover when sick.

Cons

maybe can give more bonus to the employee, especially to best employee every month or every 3 month, to encourage work performance every employee, and can give more satisfaction for customer.
