      People who work there are great people.

      Cons

      Everything else. Meridia is a revolving door one comes in another leaves. I saw 50+ people come and go. Absolute zero regard for peoples livelihood and management is quick to put the blame on others.

      Extremely high turnover. Always wondering when you going to be fired.

      Non-manager employees are good to work with.

      Cons

      Job insecurity. At least 1 employee get fired or leave the company each month just because senior managers don't like them. Some gets fired within a month. This is very serious.
