Dedicated employees, meaningful work, strong technical talent, and a collaborative environment focused on product.

Cons

Communication between leadership and the production floor can sometimes be indirect, resulting in assumptions, delays, and avoidable rework. More hands-on engagement from management would improve efficiency and alignment. Raises are practically nonexistence. Whatever salary you start, be sure to be happy with it for the next few years or be prepare to switch company.

A team of exceptional people driven by a passion for delivering life-saving products. Many departments stand out for their extraordinary dedication and commitment—they are among the most devoted professionals I’ve had the privilege to support and work alongside.

Cons

The HR department is not one of those exceptional teams. Much more concerned with self-promotion and self-importance than serving the average employee.
