      Pros

      Great place if you want to gain experience quickly.

      Cons

      Most teams are extremely short staffed, overworked and underpaid. The word "team" doesn't exist here as it's a sink or swim environment.

      Great place to work, there are lots of events going on The office is very nice

      Cons

      When you apply, they say that you will promote and grow, but after being here for a year, those conversations are yet to happen. I have initiated them multiple times and have not seen any action or plan go into place
