Pros
There aren't any beyond simple employment. I rated "1" so readers could see there is a rating; "0" may lead some to believe it was left off. the pay wasn't too bad, but an employee would certainly suffer for every penny. Should be a good business to get into, assuming it was managed competently (which it wasn't).
Cons
Miserable micromanagers; I worked in northern location. Constant badgering and endless stress. IF HQ didn't like result, called - or even worse, came onsite - to spend literally many hours dancing around issue only to come back to the original result. The President personally made a $10MM blunder and tried to shunt it off. Suffered emotional stress health issues the whole time I was there. The owners are not experts in this business. Work/life balance horrid as expect to spend countless hours on idiocy for HQ. For job seekers, take offer, use title for resume, make some money then fly away as fast as possible.
