In general, most of the people are really great to work with.

Cons

At our last company outing, one of the leading managers proudly named his team "white power". This place is awesome to work at... if you're white.

Everyone on the team loved data and had strong opinions about how to build analytic tools in a way that's actually useful and avoids the "flash for the sake of it".

Cons

The indecision, constantly shifting priorities and lack of a real business strategy harmed the ability of the team to execute on big things, we got lost a lot in minutia and weren't able to tackle what the product really needed to be a home run. We were playing small ball.

Good company to work for in ad tech space

Pros

Good benefits and salary. If you like working in San Francisco, it's there. The location is near AT&T park, so there is lots of public transportation.

Cons

There is not good communication between the different teams. It's like every team is talking to the other team when they need something or they have a problem, but there isn't good planning between the teams. So you might be think that you don't know what's actually happening and then it will affect you. You might be asked to set goals, but it's not clear exactly how to do that. Especially if you don't know what another team will do.
