      Flexible hours. Consistent work year-round. Annual raises. Annual bonuses in December. PTO increases over time.

      Cons

      Pay is low for the work expected. High turnover. Hire felons of any degree. Promote from outside of company. Minimal training. Poor communication. Favoritism. If employee is not in management's circle you are just an employee.
