Pros
your voice is always heard, you always have the opportunity to learn even across departments, growth is imminent and often, leadership communicated consistently and often, its an incredibly fun environment, you're always engaged with the community and opportunities are at every turn
Cons
traffic can be a pain to get to the arena, but come on, you work at the arena! only other con is that departments can sometimes work in silos and if you're in marketing, there is a consistent need to know what other departments are working on or promising their clients
