      Culture and Core Values earn a 5 star rating from me! In addition, I report directly to a Senior VP who is an amazing leader and mentor who does not necessarily manage his team members, but leads by example. It is refreshing to work with a leader and leadership team that values my contributions, ideas and feedback while providing an opportunity for me to further develop my skill set. #VinceSicilia

      Let's face it, there are pros and cons to everything in life. Any pros outweigh the cons by far. I don't believe the grass is greener anywhere else. I just keep watering my own grass right here.

      Fun Co-workers, Worthless Upper Managaement, and no comprehensive business plan. Avoid this employer.

      Pros

      The employees were mostly ok, and there is a laid back culture, but that's about it. Free popcorn, and Pot Lucks were fun, but that's not why I go to work.

      Cons

      Pay was mediocre, benefits were pathetic. Upper management was clueless as to how to operate a company, which is why it all came crashing down. 2 Weeks before laying off roughly 25% of the Company, Mark Walker, CEO, promised no layoffs were coming. This is one of those companies that likes to trumpet "Integrity & Family" as core values, but that's simply window dressing. I was part of the Management team, and they are nothing but a bunch of gossipy, back stabbing, incompetent fools. The crash of the company was indicative of their poor management.
