      Investigated many times because they prioritize profits

      Pros

      It’s a great opportunity for anyone new in the field to learn and grow. BUT ITS NOT. They will tell you they’re going to teach you more, and promote you. You’ll take initiative and more responsibilities, many experienced employees will want you with them. Then one day they will fire you with no warning.

      Cons

      Your hard work and growth in the company is not valued or rewarded. The company is a chaotic whirlwind of a few smart under valued employees fixing the problems of idiotic management. you are disposable. They will dispose of whoever, all those they personally didn’t like or care for. You will work and bleed for them but they will not protect you. Many times they’ve not paid employees wage due to other companies not wanting to pay for extra services they asked for and knew they’d have to pay while the employees busted butt. They don’t care, it was your money not theirs. You won’t see some bonuses or compensations. The most incapable management I’ve ever seen. Under qualified and with no experience trying micromanage people with masters degrees in the field. Wanted us to work in a contaminated area with neurotoxin.

      Benefits. If you are friends with the management you could progress in this company.

      Cons

      Management was unprofessional and lacked basic humanity. Management leaked personal medical information. Management refused to take action against sexual harassment and assault. Refused to train employees appropriately. Increasingly hostile work environment with no end in sight.

      The McDonalds of Billing

      Pros

      1 Hour Lunch, CFO feeds you from time to time.

      Cons

      They will fire u for nothing. Literally brought me into the office and fired me because they have a new system and don’t need as many billers. Management does not help they will say they are “Team motivated” it’s a lie. They will tell u to communicate through chats and they will never answer your questions. U can work ur butt off and they won’t give u any recognition if management does not like you. Good luck with keeping up on how often they change policies (possibly medical fraud with all the lies u hear) 1 person says one thing and another says something else. Horrible company to work for RETENTION RATE IS HIGH! Let’s not forget the CFO is so rude she doesn’t speak or talk to anyone which is weird.
