Pros
- Small company, get to learn a lot - Good office equipment, great PC’s and sweet peripherals - Quiet work environment - Fun conferences and trade fairs (TechFest!) - Lots of promo items from partners - Great benefits
Cons
- Little to no onboarding - Understaffed, management and employees are often over worked, short fuses abound - Old school business, don’t expect big bonuses or creature comforts - Little documentation, no centralized resources - Low pay - Family owned, most promotions go to relatives from what I observed - Internal systems are outdated - Slow pace of change - Rigid top down structure
