Pros
I found the management to be very personable, and if you had a great idea they would always listen to you. Co-workers were good people and it's easy to get a job and a foothold in the industry (great experience) if you're a hardworking student. Because it is still largely a startup - things change a lot, and that fluctuation of scenery also made it a great place to work. Lots of room to move up if you are diligent in your work.
Cons
Unless you're full time or working on some interesting side project, tedious and detail-focused repetitious tasks can be a large part of what you're doing for 15+ hours a week. Working with hazardous chemicals is also something you're dealing with every day.
