      Pros

      Great company, management, and cowokers. Team who jumps in and helps, and management is on the ground working with everyone, great to see.

      long hours in this industry but is offset with time off and work from home options

      Interesting industry. Fun environment at events. Summertime is not that busy.

      Not exactly 9 to 5 because of industry but company allows additional lieu and time off to compensate.

      Pros

      The people made working there the best experience of life. The work environment was helpful team work and bosses always ready to teach and help and at shows the shows were fun and busy! But then covid came and closed all the business, most staff was layed off.
