      Pros

      Microlumen has an extremely employee centered culture. They have tons of benefits, opportunities to make more money through bonus, excellent work life balance, and genuinely nice people. I am constantly impressed by the positive culture here.

      Flat management structure, challenging to be promoted to the “next level”.

      Great health care benefits and a decent work environment.

      Cons

      This company pretends to be employee centric and claims to have amazing benefits , but most of the benefits can’t be used unless you work on 1st shift so basically if you are on 2nd or 3rd shift you don’t get to enjoy any of the company offerings . 2nd and 3rd shift are known company wide as “the sh*t shift”
