Maintenance supervisor, tells you to look stuff up on YouTube, because it's a "great source of information". Then he talks down to you for calling him for his help and for not asking questions. The only feedback you get is when you do something wrong, or it could / should have been done differently. He then doubles down by pointing out things that were missed. Toxic work environment and zero genuine recognition for any initiative taken.
