      - Good people - Lots of potential to grow as an institution

      Cons

      - Lack of clear strategy - Senior Management keeps coming and going, and they all waste money in pointless consultancies that bring 0 added-value - Toxic working environment - No progression opportunities, even if you are amazing at your job they will open the position extrenally just to undermine your chances

      Worst School Ever Worked For

      Some colleagues are nice to work with, when people are actually at the school.

      Cons

      Management is abysmal No support, transparency Reminded weekly the uni is on verge of bankruptcy Reminded weekly of redundancies Poor culture Too much teaching Very top-heavy organisation Scheduling is a nightmare Management does not care about their staff. Do what we tell you or leave mentality. Always rumors circulating about executive issues. Do not see any growth at this school. Cost of living in the area means you are commuting unless you are on a professor salary.
