      Pros

      The Midland Group is full of hardworking staff who truly care about helping people. I've felt very supported and empowered by my supervisor as well as my team, and that makes me feel good about coming to work every day! The staff are all friendly, care about supporting each other, and also demonstrate professionalism both internally and externally. Great place to work.

      So far, this has been a great work experience with lots of room for growth and development.

      The internal reward for helping clients never gets old.

      Cons

      You will never move higher within the company and every little thing has to go through corporate. The managers and supervisors do not have enough power to lead their teams.
