Pros
- They value everyone's opinion - There's a good level of autonomy - Meetings as a whole team every week mean that everyone feels included in what's been happening - Chances to learn about other areas of the company outside your job remit - Opportunities to get to know the rest of the team outside of the office over lunch/drinks etc.
Cons
- The office can be quite quiet during busy times.

- Positive & supportive management & staff culture - Relaxed atmosphere, good levels of mutual trust - Friendly, easygoing people who believe in the product - Attractive salary - Small company with lots of potential to grow - Good office location - Good work/life balance: 40hr work week and only very rare requirement to work overtime; option to take up to 2 weeks unpaid additional leave
Cons
- Being a small company, immediate career opportunities are not quite as rich as they might be in a larger company, but then there is a strong potential for growth which brings its own opportunities for career progression and learning. - 40 hour standard work week is good for a startup but still not the shortest you can find.
