This company (more of a cult) is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever worked for. During my tenure, all I came across was open favoritism, zero accountability, lies, treacherous and intimidating tactics by superiors. All most all other than a few people are always in a angry mood. Cussing and intimidation goes a long way here.
This company had a great reputation before the “invasion” of some louts from another rental company. You’ll find that out on your first day 😊
The HR Manager I think is a genuinely honest person. Too many things are hidden from her especially by a treacherous upper management official. Yes, it’s from my personal experience.
Company’s sales trainer’s only task is to spy 🕵️♂️ and report to corporate. Never saw her providing sales training. You can expect senior management to ask you to resign any day without explanation or proper reasoning. 2 of my area managers were great third one just didn’t understand a dime about the business. There’s always a sense of being a part of a cult here.
They do have great potential but not being put to the right use. Maybe if they stop considering competitors as enemies who needs to be crushed and implement their good practices.
