Former Employee - Broadcast Studio Assistant in Wichita Falls, TX
    Recommends

I worked at Midwestern State part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Terrific people to work with, employees, faculty and students. Lots of freedom to be creative with content production and very clear outlines of what's expected for equipment setup, tear down, maintenance and testing. You are made aware in the beginning that this position does not lead to a career.

    Cons

Limited full-time slots in the broadcast department; nowhere to move up to

    Advice to Management

No advice to be given, this was a great position that suited me well for years.
