Pros

Good opportunity to build relationship with customers / network. Full 1 hour lunch break. Mon-Fri only. Some good people work there.

Cons

Fast turnover of staff quitting. Very poor salary for the industry. Your performance is constantly monitored so your more focused on call-outs than sales. Favourite staff get best accounts (only chance to earn fair commission). Senior managers do little for big money and get nice company cars whilst all the groundstaff do all the work for little reward. 'Them and us' culture has ruined the business over the past decade. Very slow progression.

Pros

Fun environment when managers aren't doing incentive days which are never planned out. Lovely canteen. Updated work space.

Cons

Issues with parking. Poor incentives. Upper management love talking to the team with clearly no prior planning. Managers do very little but get over the to cars and bonuses. Big blame culture from managers.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to develop your career. Lots of young people - average age 25 ish Growing aggressively through acquisition and good product choice. A generally friendly environment

Cons

The money is generally poor as Midwich are in a rural area with limited other choices, so basic pay is 25%-50% less than jobs in Norwich 30 miles away. There is a massive discrepancy between ordinary staff wages and the very expensive cars and salaries of senior managers. Actively peruses a recruitment policy of bringing in school leavers and training them. This leads to some progressing really well but a lot of inexperience. There are several senior managers who don't seem to actually have jobs! But are kept on as they have been here a long time.
