      The company is severely understaffed, and leadership has shown no meaningful effort to resolve it. The remaining workforce operates under constant pressure, which has created a toxic and demoralising work environment. Hiring and firing is rapid and indiscriminate. No level of experience or loyalty appeared to offer job security. Core systems are outdated to the point of hindering basic productivity, and internal technical support is inadequate.
