Where to begin? The owners of the company are out of touch with the industry, their customers, and the retail experience in 2021. They are more concerned with saving a few bucks than providing a decent work experience for their employees. There’s no investment in the workspace, online presence, or company infrastructure. The compensation is far below industry standard, and the amount of work is far beyond the pay grade. They tout it as a photo-oriented job for local photographers but in reality it’s just a retail job. The owners don’t invest in professional-grade products to sell, or trending services for photographers.

Get paid like a high school student at a first job, get treated like a nobody by management, have no say in your scheduling, attend lots of pointless meetings that waste your mornings or evenings. The days are mainly just standing around and doing chores like dusting, since the business is dying alongside their old timey clientele. customers don’t come in very often. The work you do when customers actually come in is so minuscule and basically you just tell old folks how to operate iPhones. I’m guessing the company will be largely consolidated (if not out of business) within a few years.
