The real problem is the “dictatorship” of the OWNER (V.B.Bixio) /CEO/PRESIDENT/”MR I DO WHAT I THINK”!! Hi is the kind of person that think that if you desire a baby, instead of wait 9 moths you can hire 9 woman in order to get it done in 1 month! And of course he/she has to be beautiful, already educated speak all languages and should already earn some money to help the FAMILY!! Small projects are continuously added to the main one causing delays/frustration/extra unpaid hours and therefore a fast turnover of people. The management has been disassembled and reorganised several times, there are no producers or game directors from more than 1 year, creating big problems between the departments lead. The leads have to deal with the daily meetings with VB+projects issue+area/resourses issue+marketing issue+have to work actively on the projects = stress and everyone try to do its own business trying to do the best for its own area and not for the project (as would do a game director) Salaries are not high, bonus are rare and if promised..do not always arrive for one reason or another. Extra hours get payed very well, but only during Saturday and Sunday (+50%)! (POSITIVE ... WOW!!)

- Too many projects to work on. - The CEO is mad, he doesn't know what his studio is developing and has no idea of how videogames are done and sold, the quality of the production is terribly low and the deadlines are insane, a team which is just enough to make a single game is forced to work on 4 different titles at the same time. - HR thinks that testers and game designers are the same. Marketing and management teams are the worst. - If you are in the art team prepare to work like a slave and follow absurd marketing directives, but if you are a "designer" or want to become "one" give it a shot, no one will ask you about your competencies at HR :) - Apply for a work here only if you need money and don't care about the games you develop.
