      Paid the bare minimum for the area

      Disingenuous company, they'll purport values and employee mission statement, but then immediately walk back on their word if it suits them Complete hierarchy to the American branch, non American employees treated subpar Even our direct line managers fooled by their incompetence Regional lead and HR showed no remorse and gross schadenfreude whilst kicking UK employees in the teeth with no recourse and little empathy Do not work here if you value and respectful yourself because they clearly won't

      Did offer me Medical Benefits when i joined.

      Cons

      I had 4 web interviews and 1 onsite took over 3 months to hire me. Was told the position was mine after 4th face to face interview, as I was only qualified applicant. But just under 4 months working at Client site was told they did need me any more and end my contact.

      Terrible company to work for. No support from HR (UK HR branch is one to two people working from home) No interest in developing the employee No management support Once they get you onboard poor comms All hands and company announcements are performed in US times and not considering UK/EU working hours Most of the benefits and incentives are in US and if you are outside there is a lack Inconsistency in hiring - I did 5 interviews before I was accepted. However my colleague at the time said he only had one despite us doing the same role
