      Pros

      Management is geared best for "self starters", outstanding culture and rewarding compensation plan that is heavier in incentive. Ownership is well known in the network and are industry experts. Support structure is also nicely organized and research/data entry is not too time consuming. Work life balance is solid and PTO is respected.

      Cons

      Work from home not an option that's discussed, some weeks there are too many meetings.

      Great culture and fun place to work.

      Pros

      Being able to work in an environment where you won't be micro managed is a beautiful thing. You truly have the capability to work for yourself and pave your success with them. Additionally, the President and Operations Manager are great to work with. Fun, easy going, hard working guys. They really like to do everything they can to make it a great place to work. You also won't have to worry about finding your own leads. The tools and resources are there to help you.

      Cons

      Recruiting is a tough business to get into. You can't be afraid of the phones here. Additionally, it can be a long sales cycle. So, you can't expect things to happen quickly here.

      They have snacks and bottled water, co workers are awesome.

      Cons

      If you respect your career do yourself a favor and pass on this opportunity, 🚩 they’re always hiring 🚩”Account Executive is really a recruiting position 🚩 Leadership is like the saying “those who can’t do, teach.” They hire a bunch throwing mud against the wall to find someone they can ride and not pay you commission. You will be let go from this position.
