--> management system is not good --> company CEO always forgot his statement that what he said already and warily --> half of staff are relatives --> they give chance to learn new things and growth only few selective and relatives employees --> they not give increment even ur performance is good -->in company feel like marriage buro not IT company 😁😁 --> in Glassdoor all reviews are wrong bcoz all reviews has been given by forcefully

Don't know what good things, but I know all bad things about this company.

Cons

- Strictly atmosphere - developer working there under pressure - I think laborers who are working on road, that person life is more than better campare to MI developer - don't know why people working on pressure cooker - every day new rule, management has not any work espect punch to workers - and about politics what I say, I don't know how they are play politics, I think that people must have to join political party, may be few thing will be good for country.😜 - CEO apply in company MNC company rules, but make company MNC than apply rules. Making rules does not make the company.😂😂
