      Pros

      The brand recognition in the greater Charlotte area is really positive, working at the Mint is very highly regarded in the community. The benefits are fantastic. Health, Dental, Retirement, Vacation, Personal Time etc.

      Cons

      Employees across many departments are not held accountable, the Mint got very comfortable operating without a CEO to keep Senior Leadership in check, leaving those at the bottom of the ladder to pick up the slack and stress. Everyone is overworked and extremely underpaid. Actually using vacation, personal or sick time is frowned upon, and can be extremely stressful because there is always so much to do. Additionally, there is no direct path for employees to advance and grow their career.
