We are really sorry that you had such a negative experience at minuteKEY. We value and consider all feedback and are committed to continual improvement. I will try to address some of your concerns and hope that you will reach out with any additional questions. I'm especially sorry that you believe we have too many "parties". We prefer to call them quarterly team building events and we put a lot of thought and effort into making them fun and productive. We will definitely bring this up during our next employee update meeting and evaluate the benefits/disadvantages of these events. We believe all of our employees are pretty "cool kids"! They are hardworking, intelligent and devoted to their careers. Most of our corporate employees have been with us for several years and have become very close in the process. I'm sorry that you felt left out, but we will address your concern at our next company meeting. We want everyone to feel like they are part of the team. As a part-time employee you may not have realized that our management staff spends much of their time traveling and attending many weekend, early morning and late afternoon meetings. Your perception may have been skewed by their hectic schedules. They have worked hard and done an excellent job of meeting budget, exceeding revenue, and cutting costs in all areas. Our bonus program is based on overall company performance as well as individual performance. Managers are treated the same as employees in the bonus review process. When any employee meets their goals they are compensated for their efforts. Thanks again for your input.
