Mirketa has a very welcoming and supportive environment right from day one. The HR team goes above and beyond during onboarding, from getting you set up with the essentials like laptops to making sure you feel comfortable settling in. What stood out to me is how the company genuinely looks after its employees. A recent example, when income tax changes were coming in, HR proactively worked to help employees protect their take-home pay through employee-friendly tax-saving benefits. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. The teams and their leads are approachable and helpful. You never feel stuck or alone. You can reach out to anyone and get a response. The new office is a great space, well set up and comfortable to work from. On the work front, there is no shortage of meaningful and challenging work. The organization is leaning strongly into AI, which keeps things exciting and future-focused. Good work gets noticed; there is appreciation at the quarterly townhalls, which makes you feel valued.
Cons
Some teams have worked in silos historically, which can slow down collaboration at times. That said, with new leadership coming in and a clear vision from the CEO, this is visibly improving. The direction the company is heading looks promising.
