- Top Management adopts an open door policy and is approachable - Salary is always on time

Company respects its committed client deadlines which sometime results in obligatory (yet paid) overtime

Company is financially stable. Salary is NEVER DELAYED.
Cons
Politics! No promotion and no growth for employees. Increment is given only to those close to the "specific manager" who usually pulls the strings. Cheapskate Company! Poor benefits and management, ridiculous company policy. Focuses only on company's growth, neglects to take care of employees. Has no system and any mistake has to be blamed on someone to apply salary deduction.
