Pros

Having been with Miroma Project Factory for several years, I can confidently say the engineering work is fantastic. The projects are highly diverse and interesting, which keeps the day-to-day work engaging and prevents stagnation. If you want to expand your skill set, this is a great place to do it; there are constant opportunities to learn new technologies. The company genuinely supports this growth by providing dedicated time to learn and covering certificate training The people here are friendly and supportive, making for a highly collaborative team environment. The office is nicely decorated, and well-stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. Smaller perks, like getting your birthday off, work from anywhere week, 2 days remote per week, add to a positive overall benefits package

Cons

Project deadlines can sometimes be tight, requiring a strong sense of urgency. When it comes to communication, feedback has sometimes been delivered in a very direct manner. However the company is actively improving how feedback is delivered to make it more constructive

Pros

Supportive and collaborative team. People are willing to help and share knowledge. Flexible working environment, especially good for developers who value autonomy. Company is willing to invest in tools (including AI tools) to help developers work faster and more effectively, creating good opportunities for growth. Support for learning and certification (e.g., Udemy courses), encouraging continuous improvement.

Cons

Some processes and communication can still be improved, especially when working across teams or regions. You may sometimes be assigned tasks outside of your core expertise or strengths. In some cases, responsibilities are not clearly assigned to the right person. Sometimes there is excessive documentation, but not all of it is effectively used, leading to wasted effort.

Pros

I've been working here as a Front End Dev and the best part is definitely the people. Everyone is super supportive and always willing to jump in if you get stuck. Also, we apply a lot of different technologies across our projects, so you definitely won't get bored. Management is absolutely fantastic—they actively ask for our honest feedback to improve the culture, which explains why so many people have stayed here for years.

Cons

There are absolutely no negatives to share from my experience. The only thing to note is that we work with various tech stacks, so new team members will have a great opportunity to learn and grow quickly.
