The company genuinely supports this growth by providing dedicated time to learn and covering certificate training The people here are friendly and supportive, making for a highly collaborative team environment. The office is nicely decorated, and well-stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. Project deadlines can sometimes be tight, requiring a strong sense of urgency. When it comes to communication, feedback has sometimes been delivered in a very direct manner. However the company is actively improving how feedback is delivered to make it more constructive
